scoring Video Games.
2007 promises to be an exciting year in game music.
No longer will composers, audio design managers, developers and
publishers have to wait for the AFM to tell them what their project will
cost and what strings will be attached. One call to a contractor of choice
and your audio team has the finest musicians, orchestrators ,engineers,
studios and infrastructure that Hollywood has to offer ready to make your
project sound like a blockbuster.
The PMG is focused on a new approach that is simple and fast. The
Agreement was developed specifically for the video game industry.
Because of the enormous success of major game company products
like Halo, Planetside and Everquest, live performances of stand alone
game music compositions are becoming a requirement for any “mega-hit”
game that wants to continue user interest month after month. Scoring in
Hollywood guaranties your project will sound better and be completed
faster than anywhere else. Developers can email if you have any questions
about the PMG standards. View The Entire Story Sun Jan 14, 2007, 6:20 pm • This last year was very good with over fifty performances on major motion
